Richard Cirello, MD is a graduate of Rutgers Univesity where he earned both BA and Bachelor of Pharmacy degrees. He completed his medical degree at Universidad Guadlajara and residency training at Mountainside Hospital. He is board certified in Family Practice. He is the Medical Director for Mountainside Family Practice Residency and has served as President of the Medical Staff of Mountainside Hospital as well as the New Jersey Academy of Family Practice. He is also the School Physician for the Verona Public Schools.
Robert Gorman, MD is a graduate of Rutgers University and UMD-New Jersey Medical School. He completed his residency training at Mountainside Hospital and is board certified in Family Practice. Dr Gorman is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at New Jersey Medical School and Chairman of the Department of Family Practice at Mountainside Hospital. He is a school physician for the Cedar Grove Public Schools, and is an avid long distance runner.
Dena Lacara, DO is a graduate of the Rutgers University College of Pharmacy and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Overlook Hospital where she was elected chief resident. She is board certified in Family Practice and has a special interest in Women’s Health.
Carmine Mazzella, DO is a graduate of Manhattan College and the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He did a rotating internship at St Barnabas Hospital in New York and his residency at Mountainside Hospital and is board certified in Family Practice.
Julie Mathew, MS, PA-C is a graduate of Villanova University. She completed her Masters at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston and is a certified Physician Assistant.
Thomas McCarrick, MD is a graduate of The State University of New York at Stony Brook, and NYU School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Mountainside Hospital and is board certified in Family Practice. He is a school physician for the Cedar Grove Public Schools.

Jennifer Reynaldo, MPA, PA-C is a graduate of the University of Virginia. She completed her Masters at the Physician Assistant Program at the Eastern Virginia Medical School and is a certified Physician Assistant.
Alyse Stern, MS, PA-C is a graduate of the University of Maryland. She completed her Masters at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a certified Physician Assistant.
Pavan Sharma, MS, RD, CDE is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator. She completed her undergraduate education in India and holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from college of Saint Elizabeth. Her diabetes education program, “Simply Carb Counting”, has been approved by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. She has worked with diabetic patients for many years in hospital and private settings. She also holds a certificate in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association. As a skilled yoga instructor, Ms. Sharma is truly concerned with helping clients reach their full health potential and balance diabetes in their life.
